Position Overview:
As a Presales Expert at Wiseasy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by providing technical and product knowledge to potential clients. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and crafting tailored solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and challenges related to payment solutions.
Conduct product demos, both remotely and in-person, showcasing the features and benefits of Wiseasy's solutions.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Draft technical proposals and RFP responses, ensuring they address client needs and are aligned with Wiseasy's offerings.
Provide technical support to the sales team during client meetings and negotiations.
Stay updated with the latest trends in the payment industry and competitor offerings to ensure Wiseasy remains at the forefront.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback from the market, aiding in product enhancements and new feature development.
Travelling will be required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a presales role, preferably in the payment solutions or Android POS industry.
Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex product functionalities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Familiarity with CRM and collaboration tools.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English for effective communication
